Description:
In this 2-and-a-half-hour introductory workshop, the making of a simple leather card holder will introduce you to the basic techniques
and tools of fine leather working: Cutting, gluing, punching, saddle stitching, edge finishing and more. You will learn how to make this card holder entirely by hand.
We will also talk about leather work in general and look at some of the tools and leather types used. For this workshop, we would be working with full grain vegetable tanned leather! The workshop requires no prior knowledge to attend and is fully guided. Materials and tools are fully provided. The card holder you put together is yours to take home and can be
customized by embossing your initials.
